Cancellation Policy

This is an order for mobile service in SC. We come to your location. Currently we operate within a 20 mile radius of Charleston, SC. We cannot provide service at rental properties. Sorry. No service for Electric Cars at this time (hopefully soon). Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule service. If a vehicle is located outside, bad weather conditions may force us to reschedule. Initial service covers trip charge, diagnosis and repair estimate. Additional charges for parts & labor will apply. Sales tax is extra. If we can't fix your vehicle, by repair or replacement, we will refund the Initial Service fee.
